Online Coaching
. Online coaching is the most flexible way to work with Coach James. Submit your videos through the Turnkey Coach App.
Every exercise has video demonstrations so that you know what you are doing.
Every workout has a feedback video so that you can constantly improve.

In Person Coaching
Problems in the gym are varied, and often confusing. Coach James’ experience will allow you to focus on what is important to your goals.
Knowing that you are not wasting your time and staying focused, motivated and moving in the right direction.
In person coaching is provided at Mauchline Barbell Club.
