In this video I went over the fundamentals for fuelling your performance for your gym sessions, team practice sessions and general recovery between your session to maximise your strength and muscle gains.

Your program is more than just the reps and sets you get in the gym, or on the court/field/pitch. Your diet and nutrition, and your sleep are just as important.

In this presentation that I did as part of the Physical Performance Program for Glasgow Devils Basketball Club should provide you with plenty of good information to help you get the most out of your practices, training and competitive games/matches.
